Every brake job comes with a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts. If a brake pad or rotor we installed fails during that window, we replace the part at no charge. Simple, straightforward, no hassle.

What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty is straightforward: if a brake part we installed fails within 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first), we replace the part at no cost to you. This warranty covers parts only — labor is not included.

Brake Pads & Rotors

All brake pads and rotors we install are covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles. If they fail prematurely due to defect, we replace them.

Parts Covered

Calipers & Hardware

Calipers and brake hardware we install are covered under the same 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty.

Be Aware

Labor Not Included

If a warranty claim requires installation of a replacement part, the labor to install it is not covered. You pay only for the technician's time.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you think a part we installed has failed, here's what to do:

Important: The warranty applies to parts we installed. It does not cover normal wear, damage from accidents, or parts installed elsewhere. Keep your service records — we maintain digital records of all work, but having your own copy helps if questions arise.
