Do I have to stand there the whole time?
No. Once we get rolling, go do whatever. Work from home, watch TV, make lunch. We'll call when we're wrapping up. Plenty of customers hand us the keys and check back in when we're done.
What if you find something else wrong?
We tell you what we found, explain it in plain English, and give you a price if you want it handled. But you decide — no pressure, no "well, we already opened it up so you're on the hook." If you want to think about it or get it done later, that's your call.
How do I know the work is done right?
We torque everything to spec (not just "feels tight"), photograph the old parts and the new install, test-drive if needed, and back it all with a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts. If something's off, we want to know about it.
What if it's raining?
Light rain is fine — we work through it. Heavy storms, we reschedule at no charge. We're not doing brake work in a downpour.
What happens to my old parts?
We haul them away. Used oil, old filters, worn pads and rotors — all disposed of properly. You don't deal with any of it.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Park somewhere we can reach the car — driveway, parking lot, curbside. That's it. You don't need to be there the whole time, just at the start and finish. Hand us the keys and go about your day, or stick around — whatever works for you.
