ASE certified technician arrives in our One Day Brakes service van with all tools and equipment. They'll assess your location, position the vehicle safely, and set up their equipment. Total setup time: 5-10 minutes.

Technician lifts vehicle, removes wheels, and inspects pads, rotors, calipers, and hydraulic system. They'll explain findings, answer questions, and confirm pricing before any work begins. You can observe or stay inside.

Technician performs approved brake service: pad replacement, rotor service, system bleeding, or other work. For simple pad replacement: ~30 minutes. For rotor + pad service: ~90 minutes. They work efficiently while you stay or leave.

Technician tests brakes with vehicle running and driving. They verify proper brake pressure, pad engagement, and stopping power. Wheels are reinstalled and torqued to specification. Vehicle is returned to original condition.

Do you charge for the appointment if I'm not home?

No charge if you're not home, as long as your vehicle is accessible. However, we may need to reach you during inspection to discuss findings. Provide your contact number so we can confirm work details.

What happens if service takes longer than estimated?

We'll contact you immediately if service takes longer than quoted. Unexpected complications are rare, but if discovered, we'll discuss options and pricing before proceeding.

Can you do the appointment if weather is bad?

Yes, we work in most weather conditions. Heavy rain or severe storms may require rescheduling, but light rain or cool weather doesn't stop our mobile service. We work year-round in Houston.

Do I get a warranty on the brake service?

Yes, all brake service work is covered by our 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty. If anything goes wrong with the work we performed, we'll fix it free. Warranty details provided at completion.
